After recognizing the untapped potential of influencer marketing and drawing upon a decade of dedicated experience and research, Mr. Gaurav Bakshi launched FlickZilla Entertainment in 2021. This venture quickly highlighted the immense possibilities within the influencer marketing space. FlickZilla Entertainment specializes in connecting brands with the right influencers to create impactful campaigns. Their portfolio includes successful collaborations with notable brands such as MamaEarth, The Derma Co, Aqualogica, and many others. To date, the company has partnered with over 20 prominent brands and numerous influencers.
 
1.Can you walk us through the journey of Flickzilla Entertainment from its inception to where it stands today?
Flickzilla Entertainment was founded in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic, initially focusing on influencer marketing. Our first brand collaborations were with HYPD and Smytten, and at that time, we were a small team of just two people working with a handful of influencers. Today, we have expanded our services to include influencer marketing, talent management, PR, video editing, scriptwriting, and influencer and content strategy. We now collaborate with hundreds of influencers on a monthly basis, handling everything from single to multiple collaborations. Our current client portfolio includes numerous personal care, education, and health-based brands such as Mamaearth, The Derma Co, Jovees Herbal, Purplle, Faces Canada, QS India, Edept, and many more. Our team has grown to 20 members, and we are proud to exclusively manage esteemed creators like Nandhithaa Gopinathan, Shikha Rastogi, Dr. Kratika Mohan, Asmita Gupta, Pawan Yudi Khatri, Jovin Singh, and others under our talent management segment, Talent Zilla, which was launched this year. Additionally, in the last financial year, Flickzilla Entertainment achieved a turnover exceeding ₹7 crores.

In the coming years, I believe we’ll see even more innovations driving this evolution. For one, AI and data analytics are set to play a huge role. They’ll help us refine our strategies, making campaigns more targeted and effective. But it’s not just about the tech. The human element—authenticity, transparency, and real connections—will continue to be at the heart of successful influencer marketing. We’re also likely to see the rise of niche communities and micro-influencers who speak directly to specific, highly engaged audiences. These influencers may not have millions of followers, but their impact is significant because they foster trust and loyalty.
E-commerce integration is another exciting development. As influencers start incorporating shoppable content into their posts, the line between engagement and purchase will blur, making it easier for consumers to make quick, informed decisions. 8. In what ways does Flickzilla Entertainment leverage technology to streamline and enhance its Influencer Marketing campaigns?
We effectively utilize Google Workspace in combination with WhatsApp to manage our influencer marketing campaigns. While these tools may be commonly used by other agencies and brands, what sets us apart is how efficiently and strategically we use them to keep our operations running smoothly and effectively.
Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, and email are invaluable for managing daily tasks, maintaining campaign reports, handling finance management etc. WhatsApp simplifies campaign execution, making it easier for us to coordinate and communicate. Since these platforms are widely used, we’ve honed our expertise in utilizing them to their fullest potential, ensuring we maximize the available tools in every aspect of our operations. When it comes to sharing insights on deliverables that go live, we rely on the analytics available on social media platforms. If we need to provide evidence of a creator’s impact on conversions, we can use affiliate links and review the creator’s dashboard if they are subscribed to an affiliate program.
While some agencies may use online tools to provide metrics like engagement rates, these tools may not always reflect the current engagement of a specific deliverable that a client wants to launch. I have yet to encounter a platform that offers truly accurate metrics for this purpose. As a result, we prefer using mathematical formulas and manual calculations, which we believe are more accurate than the technology currently available in the market. So, while we primarily use platforms that are familiar and widely adopted, we do so in our own unique and efficient way, which distinguishes us from other agencies.
